Acceptance of Terms

By accepting the services of M.I Technology, you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of our terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

Fees and Payment Terms

The customer shall agree to pay the Service Fees as per the proposal or agreement provided by M.I Technology . Payment shall be due as per the time specified in the proposal or contract. Failure to make payment on time may result in suspension or termination of said service or any action taken Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Any fee or payment for receiving any services by M.I Technology must be negotiated and paid in the amount specified in the invoice.

• Customer can make 100% advance payment if desired before availing the service. Otherwise minimum 50%, if less then 30% payment (negotiable) should be initiated. However, the terms of advance payment may also change subject to negotiation considering the category of service.
• If 100% advance payment is not made, the outstanding payment shall be made within 24 hours of completion of service or project.
• If any tools or subscriptions need to be purchased at the beginning of the project, 100% advance payment is subject to negotiation.
• If payment is made through mobile banking systems such as bKash, Nagad, Upay or Rocket, the fee mentioned in the invoice should be paid along with the cashout charges as per the current rate of the said mobile banking.
• If payment is made via Bank or Payoneer, the full fee amount as specified in the invoice has to be paid.

Refund Policy

• Failure to provide the service: If for any reason M.I Technology fails to provide the specified service then the refund can be applied for.
• Application Policy: Customer must apply for refund in writing within 7 days of receipt of service. Some information must be included in the application: order ID, customer name and contact information, information on services received, invoice copy (if applicable), explanation of reason for refund request, and supported documentation (if applicable).

Refund Process

• The application will be reviewed within 3 working days after receiving the application.
• We reserve the right to request additional information if needed. Refund will be made within 3 working days if the application is accepted.

Acceptance

• If the customer accepts the project after completion of the project, then the refund application is not acceptable.

Non-refundable Services

• Some services are considered non-refundable. This includes consulting fees, evaluation fees, any additional tools or elements or any subscription charges and any other costs incurred by the customer.

Customers Responsibility

Customer shall provide necessary information, access and necessary approvals and instructions. If the Customer delays in providing the required information and instructions, the service may be delayed.

Customer Liability

After receiving any service from M.I Technology, customers will be personally liable for any legal complications arising out of the service or any activity in the service. M.I Technology will not take responsibility for this.

Modification of Contract

If there is any contractual change in the project while receiving any service from M.I Technology, the same will be communicated to the customer and the amendment or further action will be taken.

Intellectual Property

Upon receiving full payment, ownership rights of the completed services will be transferred to the customer. M.I Technology reserves the right to use projects for promotional purposes. However, if the customer has a different opinion, it can be withdrawn subject to negotiation.

Privacy Policy

Both parties shall keep confidential all information received from the other party, including business plans, financial information and technical processes and other information.

Change of Terms

M.I Technology reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If something changes, customers may be notified via email or website of these changes.
